Return Policy
As a small shop, Mila Baby is unable to cover return shipping costs, so customers are responsible for the shipping fees on return items.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Pre-order items
These items are discounted or limited-run products that help us manage production quantities.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at mila.babybamboo@gmail.com.
